The tenant is required to finish the floors either with carpeting or tiles, install ceilings and lights, and place partitions where necessary to create private offices, a boardroom, etc. Male and female bathrooms already exist on each floor.

Access to this floor is gained either by steps or elevator. Each floor will have 5 parking spaces allocated to it.

A pharmacy occupies the entire ground floor. There is wheel chair access to the building. To the back of the building is a fire escape with access from each floor.

In addition to the monthly rent being charged the tenant is responsible to pay for all monthly utilities inclusive of electric, telephone and ADSL (high speed internet service). Water is for the expense of the Landlord.
